Solutions

Built for how membership organizations actually run

ChapterConnect serves fraternal chapters first, and the same architecture cleanly fits alumni associations, professional societies, and other membership organizations with chapters, officers, and a governing document.

Fraternal Chapters

Undergraduate and alumni chapters that need a credible public presence and reliable internal operations.

What we solve

  • Public chapter website with events and announcements
  • Member roster with self-service profiles
  • Dues tracking and online dues payment (when enabled)
  • Governance modules for meetings, motions, and voting

Recommended starting plan

Professional

Chapters that hold formal meetings with motions and recorded votes need the governance and accountability modules.

Alumni & Graduate Chapters

Chapters whose membership is geographically distributed and whose officers change every year.

What we solve

  • Self-service member profiles that survive officer turnover
  • Reimbursement and requisition workflows for volunteer officers
  • Meeting documents and certified minutes in one archive
  • Donation and merchandise collection

Recommended starting plan

Essential

Distributed membership with rotating officers is solved by self-service profiles, communications, events, and dues tracking.

Districts, Regions & Councils

Multi-chapter bodies that need roll-up visibility without reaching into another chapter’s private records.

What we solve

  • Chapter-level isolation with explicitly authorized oversight roles
  • Advanced reporting on the Enterprise plan
  • Approved integrations including accounting systems of record
  • Expanded support and dedicated success management

Recommended starting plan

Enterprise

Multi-chapter oversight needs advanced reporting, approved integrations, identity management, and expanded support.

Other Membership Organizations

Professional societies, alumni associations, and service organizations with the same operating needs.

What we solve

  • Configurable governance rules per organization
  • Membership, events, communications, and finance modules
  • Chapter-specific branding without forking the product
  • Clear upgrade path as the organization grows

Recommended starting plan

Professional

Most membership organizations need both operational modules and configurable governance rules.

Multi-chapter organizations

One login, many chapters, different roles in each

A user can belong to more than one chapter and hold a different role in each — for example, an officer in one chapter and an ordinary member in another. Every protected operation re-verifies the specific chapter, the role, the plan entitlement, and the record being requested, on the server.

Chapter-scoped by default

Every tenant-owned record carries a chapter identifier. There is no query path that returns records across chapters to a chapter user.

No cross-chapter leakage

An invalid, missing, or unauthorized chapter context fails closed with a single indistinguishable response, so a probe learns nothing about other tenants.

Explicit oversight only

District and council oversight is granted through an explicitly authorized platform role — never implied by another chapter’s membership.

Describe your organization in the demonstration request and we will recommend the smallest plan that covers what you actually do — including telling you when a lower tier is enough.
